Innocent Kalimashi has been denied bail!
The American Commander will spend the rest of his time in remand awaiting final judgement.
He has been charged with the offense of Drug Trafficking under section 6 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
The offense carries a sentence of up to 20 years imprisonment and is a non bailable offense.
