KBF APOLOGIZES TO ZAMBIANS FOR SUPPORTING UPND IN THE REMOVAL OF EDGAR LUNGU FROM POWER.

By: Thomas Afroman Mwale

Zambia Must Prosper leader, Kelvin Bwalya Fube, has tendered a public apology to Zambians for supporting the United Party for National Development (UPND) during the 2021 general elections, saying his decision to back the removal of late former President Edgar Lungu from office has turned into a grave mistake.

Speaking during a media briefing, Mr. Fube charged that four years under the UPND administration has brought deep disappointment, as the country is now wounded by betrayal and burdened by economic and social suffering.

He explained that while he once acknowledged flaws in President Lungu’s administration, the situation under the New Dawn government has proven far worse than he anticipated.

The opposition leader has therefore extended an apology to former First Lady Esther Lungu and the Lungu family, criticizing what he described as the indignity with which government has handled the legacy and burial case of the late former President.

Mr. Fube added that such treatment demonstrates that Zambia has not yet healed and urged the nation to work towards unity.

  1. You should have apologised for giving you presidency by waking up a Judge at 02:00hrs for an i Junction and consent judgement. To them everything is done through organised scandals and scams. There’s no add work anywhere. That’s the reason they don’t like HH because he’s at a different level where can’t reach or dream.

    • Wrong James, they don’t like HH simply because he is Tonga. Nothing else. Can one compare this decent man to that dead. Drunkard? Really?

  2. And whoever you are supporting in 2026,you ll still come back here in 2030 to apologise again ? Kikikikikikikikikiki. You and Bob Sichinga ,same whatsup group-playing politics the same old way. If you guys are not careful, UPND ll rule for 27yrs. HH has almost ompletely changed the voters perception on politics , and you guys are not reading that code. Infact he did even need to offer free education/open all the mines etc. He jst needed to continue with his personal prudence behaviour cos that’s where he is changing the Zambian Voters mind. You think when HH retires ,Zambian Voters will look for a person like you? Or Bob Sichinga? Or Sean Tembo?

  3. hmmm!
So this man supported Hakainde Hichilema??
    I really don’t remember.
But having looked at the character the man has shown so far, he appears to be a desperate man who desperately wants to be President.. Another bloated ego who shouldn’t be anywhere near the Presidency.
Zambia will be in serious Trouble if this man ever became President.
We have tried bloated ego before, and have seen what it can do. It can even keep the bloated Ego’s predecessor in the Morgue for 90 days.

  4. Bwana KBF, just like the F as your last initial you are a total political failure because you lack timing, you imposed upon the Zambian people a wrong president by waking up the judges in the middle of the night and after realizing that mistake you cried wolf.
When the alliance was busy waking to remove that wrong president you half heatedly joined the alliance, but everyone could see that you were not into it and when UPND won, you expected a position when everyone could see that you were not into the alliance fully. when that position rightly did not come you cried wolf again.
Now you half heatedly wanted to impose yourself into Tonse and when they pulled your underlings you cried wolf again.
Now you are directly you benefit friendliness to the Lungu family, and I am sure your tongue is already positioning itself to cry wolf again.
This wolf trend from you has been with you throughout your political career because of one thing, YOU OVERATE YOURSELF. The earlier you realize that the better and by the way how old is your governance book now and of what use has it been??, it is time to take it to the Museum in Livingstone because it will never see the daylight. I imagine how you behaved when you went to present your list of tomatoes and onions to the PF secretariate, who does that?. With a listing which you claimed depicts accountability. Bwana check your thinking, it does not align with the political sphere in Zambia.

  5. Mr. Kelvin Bwalya Fube, it’s time for you to mature in your statements. You are not a leader or a game changer; rather, you are an ordinary individual swayed by your impulses and emotions. True leaders focus their vision and thoughts beyond the mundane, unaffected by fleeting feelings. They demonstrate endurance and resilience, facing tests that purify their character.

Mr. Kelvin Bwalya Fube is akin to a child who is still teething, reliant on soft foods, and unprepared to tackle tougher challenges. Leadership requires adherence to principles rather than constantly shifting the goalposts. President Hakainde Hichilema has emerged from the furnace of political trials, enduring hardships and overcoming challenges. The UPND government stands as a preferred political party, and its developmental path is set to revitalize Zambia’s economy. By the time President Hakainde completes his term in 2030, Zambia will have transformed significantly.

  6. There are lawyers in Zambia!!
    This man needs help
He is full of nothing but hate against HH
    Stop it
    Did you vote alone
Zambia is not kbf in small letters
Zambia is bigger than you sir
Regret by being ousted from PF by the same Lungu
    Your memory is so short
    Sad

  7. Zambians, we talk to much. At times it’s better to keep quite. Actually, in attitude, I pair Kelvin with Fred, very delusion individuals. If the future generation chooses one of them to lead, they will have screwed themselves big time.

  8. While the current situation is not the best, the removal of PF was power was by divine intervention, the level at which PF reached was such that by now we would not have had a country called Zambia. The level at which the cadres reached was unprecedented and you say it was a mistake to kick out the PF, NOO, it was the right thing to do at the time. if PF went through and a resistance movement was formed, I was going to have no choice but to join because it became too much under PF.

  9. Mmmm…….I’m thinking! If he supported this party in power did he make any difference? I doubt it. If he tried to offer lip service for the sake of appearances, I think he shouldn’t have bothered at all. The train had departed the station. The kingmakers were Jack Mwiimbu, Frank Tayali, Kapoka Mulenga, Charles Milupi, Cornelius Mweetwa, etc. Not KBF. Ni chikunku biti fye

  10. Zambian politics is sadly infested by CONMEN . To them all that HH has done is useless mmmmmmm. When left out of appointments then that is tribal. Real politicians appreciate what is good and promise to change what is bad . This agenda of HH will cause people suffer BP.
Mr president don’t loose focus keep up the spirit, us the citizens will give you a well done term of office in 2031 God willing
