But Makebi Zulu na BaEsther bakwe are a problem, someone has just informed me ati they have notified the High Court to activate their baseless notice of appeal case instead of them engaging Govt.
This means that, the case which was adjourned indefinitely will be given a date of hearing. Then Black Jesus, will try to hypnotize the 3 judges with arguments as to why they should allow the family to go to the Supreme Court.
It will be highly courteous if the judges agree, because this case is very weak and they have shown that they are arrogant and intractable.
Govt has been pleading with these people but, they feel they are more powerful than Edgar Lungu himself when he was alive.

I remember in granting time to the Lungu’s lawyer the judge saying, “WE HOPE THERE IS LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL AND NOT THE ACTUAL TRAIN”. Just like he anticipated, the train was hidden behind the light. Now they are going back to the same judge who educated them on being sincere. I am sure he will resight what he said. let us wait and see.

That’s some one ‘s husband, father, brother and grand father.. before being President, he had a family, and he still has a family. Respect them.
Just yesterday, the President was disparaging the late Edgar Chagwa ‘s legacy in Kitwe , when the man is not there to defend himself. This is what puts people off, and wonder about the Dignity Mr Hakainde Hichilema wants to accord the late 6th President.

I take note of Samlindo ‘ s post though I interpreted the judge’s comment different ly.That judge ‘s interest , behavior during trial , his questioning of the Respondents Lawyers, was about Bringing the remains to Zambia…And that’s the light he sees. He doesn’t see light in family rights, and he didn’t see any arguments from the respondent . He looked compromised to me. As naked as they come.
That’s why the judgement removed all the rights from the family.. That can’t be light.
The Family are searching for light…We hope those Pretoria Judges will facilitate proper light to be seen..A light based on Justice.. That’s all the family seeks… for their late Husband, Father, brother and Grand Father.

Ba NKUKU this grand father, father, uncle, husband and whatever else you call him swore to be president of the country and TO BELONG TO THE STATE AND UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION of Zambia and be buried where Zambia buries it’s former presidents and presidents who die whole in office.
The so called “family” accepted to enjoy the money and all the previleges that go with the office. That was not enough. Together with him running the show, they went into a plundering frenzy till his resounding loss of power after we summarily rejected him. Subsequently with unprecedented bitterness, he decided to fight the new government after seeing the possibility of losing the loot he and his family stole. He coined the infamous plan B and Hod was watching. Before he could prunge us into chaos by killing the head of state while hiding in self-imposed exile, the man that was saved by God while your “victim” caged and tried to kill him from Mukobeko Maximum Prison, God acted again by eliminating him in similar fashion as he did with kind Herod on Jesus and Ahab and the evil philistine princess Jezebel on Israel.
So my brother, you and your pharisee or Canaanite team will not defeat God. You might end up angering him and you don’t want that do you? I have seen people maimed in nasty vehicle accidents, killed by wild animals, drowned etc for going against the Lord. He put HH in power. It is only him that will remove him if he has to. King David was the Lord’s favourite king “after my heart” but he committed adultery with Bathsheba. The creator punished not him directly but his descendants. HH may have made several lies to get power but let God, who gave him the seat under very hostile conditions, decide his fate lest you get scotched. I rest my case.
