SUPER model Mwaka Halwiindi spent the larger part of last evening using her mouth to answer police questions over viral porno videos that she featured in.
This is after two weeks of netizens and journalists querying the police on why Mwaka had not been arrested almost immediately the videos leaked.
A fortnight ago, the model went viral after she was seen in a video devouring the alleged reproductive organs of Kazadi like a famished child clinging to its mother’s breasts, almost swallowing the entire milked properties.
Days later, Mwaka was seen in different videos, bouncing and grinding on different baby making hosepipes.
Around 17:00 hours yesterday, police finally found transport to apprehend Mwaka and booked her into Chilenje police station together with her companion, David Kazadi who was couriered all the way from Livingstone.
Later after quizzing the duo, police moved Mwaka to Kabwata police station while Kazadi was left locked up at Chilenje police station.
According to sources at Chilenje police station, Mwaka was warned and cautioned for production of obscene material, contrary to Section 177 of the Penal Code Act, Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia and so was Kazadi.
Both are yet to be formally charged.
Meanwhile, Kazadi opted to remain silent, despite understanding the charge as told by his lawyer, Simon Mwila.

At long last the Zambia Police have moved in and warned and cautioned Mwaka Halwiindi… Let’s hope it won’t end at Warn and Caution, as this will then just be a publicity stunt of a Zambia Police paralyzed by inertia when cases involve some names.
The reality of double standards was just too stark.
Whereas Kazadi has just one case, the girl has multiple Cases on her head , and the Police need to follow this to the latter.
One unfortunate out come of Halwiindi’s case is that if the Police did nothing concerning her Videos, some more girls out there will start posting the same…If Halwiindi can do that and go scot-free, I can equally do the same.
It’s good the police have realized this and moved in , though belatedly.
We are all equal under the Law, there shouldn’t be any Sacreds, with different rules defined by their names!
