PASTOR SWINDLED OVER K1.5 MILLION IN BOGUS PROPERTY DEAL

A Senior Pastor of Gospel Envoys, Choolwe Mudenda Choolwe has been swindled of over K1.5 million by a Lusaka Businessman, Joseph Banda.
It is alleged that on 31st December, 2020 in Lusaka, Banda allegedly with intent to defraud obtained money amounting to K 1.5 million cash from the complainant by falsely pretending that he has a house for sale when in fact not.
The matter came up for trial in the Lusaka Magistrate Court but could not takeoff because the lawyer of the accused is unwell.
