PF, MILES CONSENT WON’T HELP – KBF
… because Chabinga is the legal president of the party
Zambia Must Prosper (ZMP) leader Kelvin Bwalya Fube, popularly known as KBF, says the consent judgment entered into between the PF and their Matero member of parliament Miles Sampa will not help because Robert Chabinga is the legal president of the party.
Fube was commenting on the consent judgement entered into between Brian Mundubile and 7 others and Sampa, where it was agreed that the meeting conducted by the latter on October 24, 2023 was null and void, and that all actions, decisions and appointments made by the defendant were null and void.
The PF have questioned the court’s refusal to sign the consent since it was entered into by the parties involved.
But in his messages posted in the Tonse Alliance Council of Presidents whatsapp group, and seen by Daily Revelation, on the matter, Fube argued that Sampa could not give the former ruling party what he did not

Mr KBF, yes Mr Chabinga is the known President.We must even refrain from using the word faction.There is no registered PF faction but just PF.We only have one PF.
Kelvin Bwalya Fube is a ‘ scavenger ‘ who wants to feast on the PF carcass.
A return of the Patriotic Front to it’s legitimate Leaders completely quashes his scavenging opportunism to use the Patriotic Front, through Tonse Alliance , to become President of Zambia in 2026.
He knows a vibrant and rejuvenated Patriotic Front with over 60+ Members of Parliament and Over 100 Councilors, if Courts were to rule in it’s favor, won’t need the Tonse Alliance..All the Patriotic Front candidates be it at Councillor, Parliamentary or Presidential Level will be on the Ballot as PF candidates…and ‘ SCAVENGER ‘ Kelvin Bwalya Fube doesn’t want this.

Let the Honorable Judge Conceptor Chinyama rule on the Consent Judgement, if not, let her allow the matter to proceed to Trial…and Miles Sampa will still submit that the 24th October So called PF Conference was illegal.
Legal matters are very funny at times Boss, try to change the ownership of your house into your friend’s name one day and then go out to advertise it for sale. I can assure you that you will not sale that house even when you plead with the court that I was just joking when I changed my title deeds into my friend’s names. You will really have to convince your friend to be on your side. Chabinga is the president if you follow the law( am not a lawyer though). Let’s face reality and try to work out things using reality and not ignorance.

You illegally occupy some one ‘s house, but the legitimate owner takes the case to Court…The Courts however file the case and can’t hear it for 2 years e, and meanwhile you sell the illegally occupied house to another person whilst the courts are still ‘caressing your case.
You finally realize your folly and go
to court and submit that the Illegally occupied house is not yours..but
the courts still continue ‘ caressing ‘ the case.
In the law I know, both the Illegal Occupier of the House, and Buyer of Property are criminally liable. Anything less than this can only happen in a banana republic.
My Friend Bean, Try selling a house which is not yours. Both the seller and buyer will be locked up.

My point on this case, is that
Brian Mundubile and 7 other candidates for the PF Presidency took Miles Sampa to Court with facts based on the PF Constitution , that the 24th October 2023 Conference wasn’t legal..the case was lodged in 2023 before even Robert Chabinga came into the picture.( KBF is ignoring this fact) . Take note that all the 8 paid the K200,000.00 nomination fee for the Presidency of the Patriotic Front.
The case doesn’t go to Trial for 2 years.
One party to the case , Miles Sampa, submits that the 24th October, 2023 Conference was indeed not a Legal PF Conference, as per the Plaintiff ‘s Arguments and facts, the Courts still don’t want to move a finger and recognize this.
For 2 years the courts dont proceed to Trial.
From 30th April, 2025, the Courts can’t still move a finger.
Let the Honorable Judge Conceptor Chinyama then dismiss the case, so that the parties can go to the Supreme Court. Why is she holding on to the case if she thinks it has no merit ?
KBF is a Scavenger. He has more to gain from a Dead Patriotic Front..There is no legal opinion he is presenting. Just scavenging opportunism on the PF Carcass.

Let KBF just go back to his alliance with UPND. He is banking on PF continuing to be held hostage by state proxies imposed through the Registrar of Societies. His hope is that the PF can look for another party like his on which to contest the 2026 elections. Should his party be preferred, he can then raise the stakes and say he should be allowed to stand for the Presidency. However, this sounds very opportunistic of KBF. People have already seen through his scheme making him lose whatever little public support he may have had.
