Police arrest Natasha the fake doctor who was treating a defiled girl 15

Police in Lusaka have arrested Natasha Namfune Nyimbili aged 30 for the offences of Impersonation and Obtaining money by false pretences that occured between 3rd January, 2022 and 4th February, 2022 at Presidential Housing Initiative area of Chainama in Lusaka.
This is in a case in which a named parent aged 41 of Lusaka reported that her daughter aged 15 who was defiled, was being treated by the suspect from her house when she noticed something unusual in that the suspect kept on demanding for money from the victim’s family which they would source and pay via mobile phone amounting to Fifteen thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty two Kwacha (K15,962=00).
The mother to the victim then became suspicious when the purported ‘Doctor’ failed to put a cannula on the child and instead advised that she drinks the intravenous fluid.
The suspect who claims to be a third year medical student drop out from a named university is detained in Police custody and will appear in court soon.
