The Axis is beyond redemption
On 13th August 2026, The Axis will fall.
The threshold for murder is quite high. The state will have a tough time proving this. There should be a fallback option of manslaughter on the table. It is clear that the intention was never to murder this innocent defenseless young man. But the reckless actions they took may have led to his death. This will depend largely on who the state appoints to prosecute. It could be that they appoint the dumbest prosecutor to make sure that those charged are acquitted.
REJECT TRIBALISM, CORRUPTION AND OPPRESSION.

Read between the lines. This charge has been made to make sure they are not guilty of murder. There was an action that led to murder but there was no mental aim to kill so they will be acquitted. Mens Rea and Actus Reus. Failure of one means a acquittal.
Huubie, that is my thinking as well. This case will be fast tracked so that the accused spend very little time incarcerated.
Imingalato written all over this case.
REJECT TRIBALISM, CORRUPTION AND IMINGALATO.
