KALABA, SEAN IN NEAR PUNCH-UP
…as UKA erupts

PATRIOTS for Economic Progress (PEP) leader Sean Tembo was involved in a near punch-up with Citizens First leader Harry Kalaba during last Saturday’s United Kwacha Alliance (UKA) meeting, which was also attended by former president Edgar Lungu.

And Tembo when contacted by Daily Revelation, attacked some UKA members of being surrogates of the UPND, in apparent reference to Kalaba whom he said with the ruling party’s permission went ahead to appear relevant by saying he ha reported the ruling party to the United Nations and African Union over various abuses.

Prior to the UKA press briefing, which Kalaba, Golden Party leader Jackson Silavwe and National Democratic Congress (NDC) leader Saboi Imboela boycotted by the way.

    • A normal person can not climb on and continue to be always referring fellow Zambians to Zambezi, certain sentments are loke a match stick – burning fire and can destroy a forest. Not all people from North Western, Western or Southern Province including parts of Copperbelt, Central and Lusaka province are happy with it one day fire will start and it will burn. This will be the start of f regrets by some of the people with evil minds. Esiy and see.

  1. Between Harry Kalaba and Sean Enock Tembo (SET) the former, that is, Kalaba is the lesser evil but not the greater good. The future is definitely not SET.

  2. They wrongly thought they can form an alliance with Zambezi people, reality has come to light. Zambezi is only royal to fellow Zambezi. Zambezi have been updating their fellows in govt with all the information.

  3. Tembo is never serious, he plays comedy almost every time and everywhere, he is very childish. How can he say that Kalaba is a UPND surrogate, when did he become one? Kalaba had a rally in Samfya recently where Lungu dominated the show and started threatening Civil Servants. What steak did UPND have in that rally? The answer is nothing. So MR. Nashala Neka Party Tembo is just hallucinating, ukusabaila. He doesn’t know where to go and what to do after UKA. The truth of the matter is that, whether UKA remains or is disbanded, there is no sane Zambian who can waste his/her vote on UKA, even the so called Tonse/People’s Alliance. Kalaba could have marketed and positioned himself for the next president if he had joined HH immediately he left PF, but that ka p***e prevented him from doing so. Mu opposition ku kosa guys otherwise you will all be stranded politicians very soon. All along Kalaba has been your friend but now that you have differed and UKA is failing, you want to surrender him to UPND, that’s being childish, grow up. Meanwhile Bally na sela sana katwishi nga mukamusanga, 2026 ileya ilepalamina.

  4. The problem is, the so called alliances have only one thing in mind – getting HH and UPND out of government. Beyond that, they have no clue want they want to do. The same fate awaits the Tonse alliance. Our politicians are immature and you can tell from their daily dose of sarcasm when they criticize the ruling party.

Alliances have no place in Zambia because they are not premised on shared values. They are based on emotions and selfish motives. When people cannot reason with their brains, they resort to physical confrontation. That is UKWA for you!

The death of UKWA comes as no surprise. It was just a comedy.

  5. This has nothing to do with tribe. It is lack of reasoning to talk about tribe in this case.If any thing it is about marality. When one is a visitor he ought to get acquinted to to the ways in the area not to be the one running the show. Some people went to join UKA alliance with pre determined notion of hand picking an individual as the appointed figure for the top position in UKA contrally to the design of the original founders.Yes that way you can be clobbered badly.Just avoid or you lose your teeth.Instead of saying give me soup you start saying give me thupe.
