PETER SAID HE HAD PROOF PAUL AND JUDE SHARED $800K — IN COURT, PETER COULDN’T PROVIDE EVIDENCE

In court, the lawyer asked Peter Okoye about the $800,000 he said Jude and Paul withdrew and shared from Northside Entertainment Limited’s account between March 2023 and October 2024.
Peter said he did not lie. He told the court he found the bank statement of account and made photocopies. He said he handed those papers to the EFCC.
The lawyer asked him to show the document in court.
Peter replied that the EFCC has it.
When the court turned to the EFCC lawyer, the EFCC said clearly:
“We do not have such document. We do not even know if it exists.”
Peter then changed and said the document is on his phone.
VDM went on to share news reports on December 1, 2025, that confirmed the EFCC formally told the court they had no evidence to support the $800,000 claim.

Peter sat him down and told him the full story. He showed him papers and talked about all these big figures.
But when the same story reached court, the main evidence he claimed is not there. EFCC themselves stood up and said they don’t have it and don’t even know if the paper exists.
People online are taking sides with feelings. One side is calling Jude evil, another side is defending.
He said he is not dragging anybody. He is only showing what happened in court.
If the evidence was real, it would have been produced.
This is the same lesson he learned before…
