Netanyahu Praises Trump and Rubio for Sanctioning the ICC
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has praised U.S. President Donald Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio for their decision to impose sanctions on the International Criminal Court (ICC).
Netanyahu accused the ICC of being a political body that threatens national sovereignty and poses a “mortal threat” to law-abiding democracies worldwide.
“I commend President Donald Trump and Secretary Rubio for taking this critical decision to sanction the ICC,” Netanyahu said, thanking both officials for their leadership.
