The talk was seriously disturbing. No one can eat a dead body of a person.Hateful talk with intent to mislead, misinform, distort facts, cause to excite and pretence of being clever when infact not. That was very uncouth behavior. No apology can be heard.
There comes a time in the life of a nation when we must decide: Are we here to build, or are we here to break?
Today, Zambia is not perfect. We are healing. We are recovering. We are rebuilding from deep economic wounds. And rebuilding is never quiet work — it is painful, it is slow, and it demands patience.
Under the leadership of President Hakainde Hichilema, this country has taken difficult but necessary steps:
Negotiating debt restructuring to rescue our economy
Restoring investor confidence
Expanding democratic freedoms
Fighting corruption that once drained national resources
Opening space for dialogue and reform
These are not slogans — they are structural decisions that shape our future.
But what do we see from some corners of opposition?
Relentless criticism without alternative solutions.
Alarm without policy.
Noise without a blueprint.
Let me speak plainly:
Opposition is not the enemy of democracy. But irresponsible opposition is the enemy of progress.
When a house is on fire, you do not stand outside shouting at the firefighters — you bring water.
When a nation is recovering, you do not undermine investor confidence — you strengthen national unity.
True patriotism is not measured by how fiercely you oppose, but by how faithfully you protect the nation’s future.
Zambia does not need political bitterness.
Zambia needs maturity.
Zambia needs leaders — in government and in opposition — who put country above ego.
If you disagree with policy, present a better one.
If you criticize economic reforms, offer stronger economic solutions.
If you claim to love Zambia, prove it with constructive ideas.
History will not remember who shouted the loudest.
History will remember who stabilized the economy.
Who restored dignity.
Who chose nation over politics.
Let us rise above petty division.
Let us support what is working.
Let us correct what is failing.
But above all — let us protect Zambia.
The future of our children is more important than political rivalry.
Zambia must move forward. And we will not be dragged backward by noise.
Why so early? You could have kept him until Tuesday next week.He is a very arrogant man. This case should stick so that he can pay one way or the other.
