The Democratic Party President, Harry Kalaba says President Hakainde Hichilema’s decision to carry a lean travel team on a commercial flight to the United Nations General assembly is unsustainable.

In an interview with Diamond News, Mr. Kalaba says this is because the President need a good number of delegate to run his errands effectively as the work expected to be done at the United Nations General Assembly is demanding.

And Mr. Kalaba who is also former minister of Foreign affairs has urged President Hichilema not to completely avoid the Presidential Gulfstream because he may need to use for emergency trips.

President Hichilema last night travelled to the US on a commercial flight to attend the UN General Assembly, the first international trip he since assuming power.- Diamond TV
