Kunda says this is because the president in 2022 asserted to the penal code bill number 25 of 2022 which repeals section 69 of the penal code and effectively abolishes the crime of defaming the president.
Nakachinda didn’t defime the president but Judiciary. He cheated that HH called the judges….and not only that but he reduced all judges to adhere and instructions from the president. Did Ñakachinda see me being addressed by HH to jail opposition political leaders?
Actually 1 yeàr 6 months is little he supposed to be jailed in for 3 years.
