Amb. Emmanuel Mwamba is hosting Lungu family lawyer and Spokesperson, Hon. Makebi Zulu to discuss the update and review of the case in which the Attorney General, Mulilo Kabesha has sued the family of the late President Edgar Chagwa Lungu.
Home Court

No me
You can not sing your own song and think that it is objective.
Makebi stop thinking you and Mwamba can rewrite your misteps yesterday. You “f@ck up” yesterday. And sadly when on the stand you can not undo a testimony. This is what happens when you are too full of yourself. This is what happens when you have become too accustomed to lying to protect klepomanics. Your lies accumulate and you mess up.
No amount of scrubbing to take away the “aka chena kayala” will work. Zambians have seen you for what you are. And Sean Tembo should know that Makebi is not compromised. The truth just came out. This is why lawyers avoid being put on the stand.
No matter what you say, the court is arriving at a judgement.
Mr Macabre, you failed to answer questions in court. This is just damage control to save face and collect a fee from the family.
We wait for the judgement by Friday. I didn’t watch the Trial, and my position is that which ever party wins the case, let there be no Appeals. Let the burial take place, and May the Soul of Edgar Chagwa Lungu Rest in Peace.
As to whether there’s any dignity in burying the late 6th President in Zambia, presided over by Mr Hakainde Hichilema, I don’t think so..and Dr Edgar Chagwa Lungu in the video submitted says so.
Zambiano maybe that is the problem. You didnt watch the court case. You are making statements which may have been addressed in the court case or the comments parties to the case made after the hearing.
AG Kabesha Mulilo pointed out, this whole is isnt about what Edgar Lungu said. As it now a matter of fact that Edgar Lungu wanted to buried in Zambia. This is according to Makebi Zulu. Its Esther Lungu that wants Edgar to be buried in South Africa. No the wishes of the deceased.
A question was asked in court about who will president over funeral. And this is the real issue. Is HH going to Preach during the Church service? No!. Then what is the definition of preside? HH per protocol will recieve Heads of State coming to the funeral. What seems apparent is the hate that Esther Lungu has. This overt behaviour for a widow is uncultured. Where are the family elders?
Sadly, Lubinda in his naivety goes on to make statements about UPND. What does UPND have to do with the state funeral? We need to be rational in utterances and conduct. As former First lady Esther Lungu may now hold the purse strings; but to who much is given. Much is expected. She has brought the name and the occurances that were discrete into disrepute. That is undigified of a widow and the former office that she held. She of all people should understand what protocol means.
