We’re confident we’ll win 2026 elections –Gary Nkombo

UPND Chairman for Elections Gary Nkombo says he is confident that the party will win the 2026 elections considering its continuous victory in by-elections.
Nkombo adds that all those that are of the view that the Electoral Commission of Zambia is shielding malpractice during by-elections should petition them.
Speaking on Diamond TV’s Breakfast show, Wednesday, Nkombo said he didn’t see a downward trend of the UPND losing elections in the next 12 months.
“It goes without saying that, if the trend continues to be what it is, it is a reason to be confident.
However, I am always quick to say that it is all done at the behest of those who matter the most.

This is a very honest man speaking plainly.His party has eliminated worthy opponents, has used hunger to buy votes in these UPND engineered by-elections! The plan has worked!! Whether this will be sufficient in a general and presidential election , is a matter for another day.
Kkkkkk. In 2026, it will be God for us all and one for himself. No ten Ministers at ward or constituency level. Hence the insistence of Bill 7 to allow Ministers retain offices. It shall not work.

Definitely UPND will sweep across the country.
Then come 2031 Garry for President and UPND rule again for another 10 years 2041
No one goes to a fight with a plan to loose, no one goes to an election with a view to loose. So all contenders have the same outcome in mind
