Stop blaming ECL for your failures, SP advises HH

Mr Chikwanda Sir you can’t do away with history when you want to build or correct the present and the future.PF is the immediate former office bearer in governing the country Zambia.When people say they borrowed recklessly and without a workplan on how to service the huge debt you feel bad about it.The PF was more concerned with empowerment of it’s leadership and cadres with huge amounts of money for personal gain.You know in PF time there were fake suppliers of goods and services.Now they have bardened the new dawn government in paying these huge debts.When HH was in opposition he gave promises genuinely thinking financial and economic situation in the country was at normal state “kanshi ba li iba sana abantu kulila pamo ne mbuto”,but he found there was rampant thieving, inflated costs on supplies,roads, infrastructure,medicines,agriculture in puts and machinery, literally all government departments and ministries were badly affected.There was no leadership at all.Some people supplied nothing and they were paid.The fuel we are crying about was bought on cheat and needs to be paid for.A very huge debt on fuel was left unpaid and you say people must not talk about it.”ku angala uko”.You are playing games.You SP you must give tangible advice to government on any developmental projects and anything you feel is of great importance if any.But you don’t seem to have any good ideas.You just want to be in State house.Now ask yourself about these questions.Mr Milingo paid back how much?Madam F.Musonda surrendered how much?Mr Lungu’s family? Other cases are still in courts.Or you believe these recoveries are not genuine?Then you my brother and your president don’t deserve to aspire for any leadership positions in this country.You read on climate change and it’s effects on food production, wild life, agriculture,land,on humans, environment e.t.c.This must be time to plan on what to do to aliviate poverty and hunger from our people not exhibiting high apertite for power which you don’t even know how to handle.We must begin to think hard for our People.We need cheaper fuel, food, electricity e.t.c. so advise on how,what,when,where and why to archive the goals.

Government should not listen to this evil minded person called Fred. Fred is full of hatred and can not be trusted whatsoever. In life it is first very important for one to remember his past or wrong doing for such a one to change for better or to reform. Even in prison it is the same when you come out of prison, you have to reform you will be taken back again but others change for the better.You can also be reminded by others of your wrongs so that you are corrected especially if you pretenteously ignore, knowingly your evil past and go out there to be seen as being a good guy when in the actual sense you are the worst enemy of progress.

Now; Mr Fred government will always make reference to the evil you and you friends the PF did; just you, yourself will be reminded of what happened to you during the time you were fixed for evading tax under empire the post news paper, also for instance,
1. Mr Kabimba who was one of your closest friends especially during the PF of Sata you wanted very much to promote Kabimba when he was PF secretary general to fully take over the authority of PF ( this time Satas health was not also very good) and using your post news paper you brought alot of confusion in PF between Kabimba and GBM we saw alot of cadres carrying coffins to represent one of the two which was not necessary so this story is still there and it has to be talked when we see you repeating the same ugly things. So it is very important to remind people of their bad Ways in life or leadership so that, they don’t repeat to do the same but refrain but if they continue then they have to reminded always.
2. Remember how your best then friend Kabimba took you to court about the issue of homosexuality , when you did it to him, so if you open up your mouth and condemned others bout it then you have also to clean up yourself of the same; because if you do the same, may be who know may be you are promoting the same and hide in others since you did it to one of your good friend so for you to know that what you did was wrong, and for you not to repeat it if you are seen doing so, this story have to be taught and shared. I am sure even Kabimba will feel very bad but it will be good for shaming you – it will pain him but for good.
3. We have to speak of the past because history or our experiences because experience is the best teacher. You remember when you were untouchable with your post news paper. But when you were squezed and brought down by your now found political friend Edgar Changwa Lungu who grabbed from you the post news paper and it’s fleet of trucks for post courier because of your being unfaithful be evading tax, you became a tax fruad. Your trucks were even auctioned and everything at the post by one lawyer I have just forgotten his name by You yourself know him because they did it to you. History should be taught to remind the wrong doers of their wrongs in the past so that they don’t keep on doing the same like the case is with Lungu now. 4. Lungu and his PF gave out contracts under the Ministry of local government for more than what was bugheted for over shooting the feeder roads contracts budget by more than K12 billion and most of these contracts were given to PF MPS, ministers and their cadres even going further to start paying themselves even for works which was not done. This was very bad, a sad story indeed. This was day light robbery. Stealing money from the government by the very people given the responsibility to safeguard and look after the resources of the Country. Surely you mean we can remain silence not to talk about it so that if the same pretend to be saints while in the skin of Indonshi? No baba we have to talk about it if they do the same like they are doing because they seem to be not renpeanting. They are hard core evil beings, agents of lucifer.
5. If PF and Lungu, out of the 10 provinces of Zambia couldn’t give even just one road contact for feeder roads in North Western Province but instead gave 0 (0) (zerooo) to the people of North -Western Province do you think people from North -Western will not talk about it and just listen to your rotten evil mouth and say it is okay and normal? Aikona man grow up and own up. Your thinking is rubbish.
6. Do you think with the big Debt mountain that was procured by Lungu and his PF that is chocking us you mean the leadership in place today that is sweating to negotiate and pay for these debts will remain quiet and don’t talk about these issues and those who were involved? in order to deter would be wrong repeating itself? Aikona fred be serious with national matters or issues.
7. Do you think the debt that Lungu and PF left for fuel that is amounting to more than US $ 800Millions for oil marketing suppliers should not be talked about when the owners needed payment?
8. Do you think we should remain quiet not to remind the Destroyers of the Zambia economy the PF and LuNGU about what they did which the current government is doing everything possible to correct and fix the damage/problem. Surely Fred. No be serious with national matters.
9. Do you think the hatred and tribalism that PF Brough in the country, the damage it has coused especially to the good people of Southern, Western and North Western provinces. And you say no it is okay while you continue repeating the same hate speech tribalism remarks, demeaning etc like your own Chishimba Kambwili, Edgar Changwa Lungu, Munir Zulu, Emmanuel Mwamba, Chris zuman and Kapyanga to mention but a few. Please respect yourself and refrain at least it can be well with you and your group who include Lungu, Chilufya Tayali and others. It’s not good please Zambia is a small country watch what is happening in the middle east and Gaza, You should learn something from there and base your politics on building and also critisize with truth and infact what happened in Rwanda was also a learning lesson to us all especially you who is aspiring for national leadership
10. Having respect for others and also being remorseful is very important in life otherwise. Uuuuuuum awee.
11. Think of the people who died during gassing, those who were killed by Lungu and Kapyongoz PF police their families still think about them and how they died and to hear you and your friend Lungu and Shon Tembo talking evil about others and saying good of the evil agents is very surprising and worrying. 12. Tutwa openly said they as PF government will break the Bones of the youths who wanted to protest and these children went to protest in the bush while almost all streets in Lusaka were full of POLICE armoured Cars patrolling to find out where these youths were. You mean we can’t remind these people if they start cheating or lying to the people while knowing very much inside themselves of their past and which is continuing evil deeds.?
13. Some radio stations, TV stations and even news papers houses were closed including your own post news paper although yours was for evading tax – you were classified as tax fraud man you mean you don’t want want these things to be talked and make reference to who was involved in order to know all these and do you know how much work is involved just to correct a national issue or damage.? It is very involving hence those in government can still and have to talk about it and not to listen to you the Destroyers, thieves.
Otherwise government should always say so just as it is and was and who was involved
