PF 2021 running mate professor NKANDU Luo has rebuked the UPND government for reinstating meal allowances for students.
Luo also says that once Zambians vote for PF in 2026, the meal allowances and free education will be scrapped off and channel resources to what she calls as tangible development.
When PF was in government, former president Edgar Lungu and his running mate NKANDU Luo introduced draconian leadership.
The duo will be remembered by youths as leaders who wanted to introduce a degree witchcraft programme at the University of Zambia before spreading the same across the country.
