CHAPTER ONE FOUNDATION CONDEMNS ARMY COMMANDER’S THREATENING REMARKS
Chapter One Foundation has noted a video circulating on social media in which remarks are attributed to the Zambia Army Commander, indicating that the Army has been directed to “exterminate” illegal miners, while also suggesting that force is not intended to be used.
We recognise that illegal mining poses serious risks to national security, public order, the environment, and Zambia’s lawful economy.
We also acknowledge public concern regarding reported cases of irregular and illegal migration, particularly where illegal mining is linked to organised criminal networks and other cross-border offences. Read more below:

It’s not even a threat, just try and let your illegal miners go back and see if it is a threat. We do not want national security risk behavior, period. We’re at the end now not at chapter 1, useless chaps. Go get a license so that government knows you’re working there.
The problem is you just looked at chapter one, go through all the chapters you will understand what the Army is doing. Look at the issue holistically.
Can the Army please deal with this foundation which is dragging the Army in their opposing politics.
Sometimes understand the language used by the Army. The operation has been conducted smartly by red berets, the chapter 2 foundation has noticed what type of characters were in Mufumbwe recovery of weapons abd other equipment. Zambians were merely labourers. Thie action was timely. Surely, why cling to the term and make it a topic? Is it because it is coming from the Army whose Commander in Chief is HH whom they all want to decampaign?
Not even the foundation has good grades for HH apart from joining hands with the Opposition to shrink his space. We saw it on Bill 7.
Can the Army giving no apologies except those that are expanding the terminology and misinterpreting it be summoned to their millitary court. This is what Mu7 can do. That’s why I love Mu7 and Kagame. No nonsense. Here i can even hear Commander Z apologizing…you are lucky.
Only in Goma and Haiti can be used to accepting lawlessness not in Zambia that nonsense should not be near.
