Al-Hilal Agree £77.6m Fee For Paris St-Germain’s Neymar

Paris Saint-Germain club have agreed on a deal to sell Brazil forward Neymar da Silva Santos Júnior, to Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal for about 90m euros (£77.6m) plus add-ons, BBC reports Monday.

Neymar’s transfer is subject to the completion of his medical and all necessary paperwork.

The 31-year-old, who joined PSG for a world record fee of 222m euros in 2017, was left out of the squad for their Ligue 1 draw against Lorient on Saturday.

Neymar will be reportedly paid 150m euros (£129.2m) a year in Saudi Arabia which amount to six times the amount he earned at PSG.

In about 173 appearances, the Brazilian helped PSG to win 13 trophies, including five Ligue 1 titles, as well as reaching the 2020 Champions League final.

His exit also PSG’s strategy like Lionel Messi, moving out high-profile players for big fees and significant wages.
