  1. So now because the other party is nowhere, the fyantist Ngoma and the other abductor accused Mwiinde can now go to court!!
Mu Zambia mwa fisela! What kind of trial is this? The person who made the accusations is not around. Who is going to cross examine what the accused are saying?

    • Ba Hypocrite, are you saying the case should wait for Mr. Emmanuel Jay Jay Banda to avail himself at a time convinient to him for it to proceed? Mr. Banda chose to run away from justice. He knows the State has a strong case against him hence his disappearing act.

It is shocking that a character like him can find his way into parliament as an MP. Just goes too show the state of our values.

  2. Let him come back and give evidence on this matter. He alleged and complained about his abduction and mentioned names so it is important for him to come back and narrate what transpired.

  3. How come the case is now resumed in a court of law on the absence of Banda? Which Zambia is going to be hoodwinked with such behaviour?

    • It’s really terrible. Have you read the story? It’s Emmanuel JJ Banda who sued them before he disappeared and they have provided defence. Banda is aware of this defence. Is he running away from the High Court as well? What has the court done to him? Before running away, Banda ought to have instructed his lawyers what to do about the court action he freely commenced. Do you want the court to wait for him? Your jaundiced view is really eating you up and impairing your capacity to think straight and ask reasonable questions.
