REEVES MALAMBO’S DAUGHTER LOCKS UP BUSINESS PREMISES
….ive locked up SparePro, Autoforce, Shaftex and the Freedom Way debonairs Franchise to protect his legacy…..
As a daughter and beneficiary of the late slain Lusaka businessman, Reeves Malambo’s estate, l have opted to lock four business premises of the deceased owing to the failure by my elder sibling, Sarah Nkombo Malambo to equitably share the proceeds from the business operations.
According to his will, my late father at the time of his demise owned about ninety – five percent in his various companies while five percent was the preserve of a male Mr. Nkombo Malambo.
Ironically, the five percent share were however, allegedly claimed by my elder sister, Sarah Nkombo Malambo – female, who has illegally single-handedly been managing the businesses and as a sole signatory for the last six years without sharing any dividends with me and my younger siblings.
Her failure to sign for other beneficiaries has denied us an opportunity to proceed and further our education despite the resources being available for me and my younger siblings to do so.
While she utilized the resources to finance her education her.
Her entitlement to the businesses and insurmountable appetite by elder sister has further led to deterioration of some of the businesses my dad dearly loved and protected.
As if that is not enough, my sister has continued to serve, as a sole director of the businesses against prescribed business practices.
I have therefore, taken this decision to lock the following businesses: SparePro, Autoforce, Shaftex and the Freedom Way debonairs Franchise to protect his legacy.
I also wish to put it on record that dad had always wanted the best for me and my siblings by always settling our school fees without difficulty because he believed education is the best equalizer and investment, which my sister is denying us, today.
Surely dad must be moving in his grave at the treatment we have been subjected to since his demise by people we dearly loved and considered, as family.
