TANZANIA TENSION BUILDS AHEAD OF PARLIAMENT VISIT
Tanzanians have vowed to march to Parliament today as nationwide protests continue to grow.
Meanwhile, confusion deepened after several Gen Z protesters reportedly dressed in full police uniforms, blending in with officers stationed around Parliament.
Authorities are said to be on high alert as it’s becoming increasingly difficult to distinguish real officers from protesters in disguise. The situation remains tense in Dar es Salaam ahead of today’s events.
