K13million Fishponds
The DPP has applied for non-conviction based forfeiture of Tasila Lungu’s property including these fish ponds they have valued at K13million sitting on traditional land in Kanakatampa area.
These ponds do not cost beyond K13,000!
We have seen this type of dangerous propaganda against citizens as was done against Second President, Dr. Frederick Chiluba.
Overstate, overvalue and in many cases just lie about the property to invite strong feelings of public outrage, anger and disgust against the suspects.
Scandalise, humiliate and embarrass them.
This is done not for the purpose of the law or its processes but for purposes of destroying people.
