LUNTE PF PARLIAMENTARY CANDIDATE ABANDONS CAMPAIGN RALLY AFTER RESIDENTS STARTED FLASHING UPND SYMBOLS
“Flashing UPND symbol at a PF rally is an insult to me as your former MP and to the Party President”
Lunte PF Parliamentary candidate Hon Mutotwe Kafwaya this afternoon terminated his campaign rally in Lunte District of Northern Province after the people he was addressing started flashing UPND symbols.
Hon Mutotwe Kafwaya who accused UPND of infiltrating PF structures called the police to investigate the matter and bring all those who flashed the UPND symbol at a PF rally to book. He accused the UPND Leader of resorting to deadly tactics for fear of losing for the 6th time. “You have been rejecting Hakainde Hichilema five times now. And the sixth one is pending, come August 12, he will loose terribly.
We cannot afford as a country to experiment with power and hence the need to keep the PF government in power. Am not happy with you people of Lunte for flashing UPND symbol at my rally when I have done a lot to you. I am really hurt,” he said angrily as he left for his vehicle leaving PF District Leaders confused.
