INVESTIGATIONS WERE DONE QUIETLY WHEN I WAS ACC CHAIRPERSON – SPEAKER
SPEAKER of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti says the ACC used to conduct investigations quietly when she was chairperson of the commission. She said this in the House, Friday, when she paused the Vice-President’s question time to school MPs on how the ACC conducted investigations during her time.
This was after Mufulira PF MP Golden Mwila insisted that the names of the Ministers being investigated must be revealed to the public in his question to Vice-president Mutale Nalumango.
In response, Vice-President Nalumango said once suspects were arrested, the public would know their identities. “This same question came last week, that ministers that are being investigated must be named, that’s the demand of some members of this House.

The first thing the people who are demanding for names of Ministers being investigated is to suspend or fire them upon being named.Then they would propose or suggest other names of Ministers they would want to be investigated.Once that is done the same people would laugh ear to ear and despise the UPND government on corruption and speak loudly on 2026 elections while telling the people to vote out the UPND saying they have failed.Then they would engange their crazy propaganda.And UPND members may start differing to the advantage of the worst thieves ever known.

The calibre of most of the Members of Parliament we have especially from the opposition political parties and Independent Members of Parliament leaves much doubt as their conduct and level of articulation of and understanding matters is below par. What benefit can the nation get from people like Banwell Mpundu, Munir Zulu, Emmanuel Banda, Stephen Kampyongo and others I can not mention here? It is total disaster they can not distinguish a right from a wrong and vice versa.
In addition, the levels of desperation exhibited by Edgar Chagwa Lungu are alarming, for a time Edgar Chagwa Lungu had shield PF criminals from arrests and prosecution. What will he say now that
the person he has been speaking for has escaped from prison? Similarly, all those people who stood up for a criminal in the name of advocating for human rights what are they saying about the disappearance of Emmanuel Banda? Criminals within the PF orchestrated the fake abduction of Emmanuel Banda so that they could make unnecessary noise and cause confusion to undermine the government. What Edgar Chagwa Lungu and his bunch of criminals should know is that their evil and wicked plans will not prevail against His Excellency president Hakainde Hichilema. Criminals and evil tribal people have ganged up with compromised Church leadership and with some disgruntled politicians to cause political hooliganism and propaganda against the New Dawn government. Unfortunately their wicked plans are disintegrating and back firing. The camp of evil planning is breaking and there shall be confusion in the camp of the enemies. Anyone planning evil schemes against president Hakainde Hichilema will be clashed and humiliated by God Almighty.
He pretends to speak for the poor yet in a short period of his rule he amassed
wealth which consciously he knows it was stolen and acquired it dubiously. He talks about democracy yet when he was president he abused the rule of law.
