The two midfielders had a coming together that was seen on cameras. Mwepu had lost the ball and Djurgarden IF enforcer was not best pleased. A heated exchange ensued and Banda was withdrawn soon after.
The skipper told Zamfoot that is was a simple case of simple miscommunication and they had talked about it and everything was fine.
“That was just a miscommunication, the blood pressure is high, you trying to organize and something happens, you miscommunicate otherwise we are a United team. We have talked about it and everything is clear.”
Some have branded the incident a sign of disunity in the camp. It may seem those claims are a tad bit overblown… For now.
