UPND chairperson for elections, Gary Nkombo was yesterday warned and cautioned in connection with criminal libel against Mr Chishimba Kambwili when he appeared for questioning at police headquarters in Lusaka.
Zambia Police spokesperson Esther Katongo confirmed that Mr Nkombo was warned and cautioned for criminal libel in a matter reported by Mr Kambwili.
Ms Katongo however explained that the matter was still being investigated by the police.
