The Socialist Party Attracts More Members
Described by political commentators as the fastest growing political party in the region, Zambia’s Socialist Party (SP) has continued to attract membership both quietly and publicly at unprecedented success.
PF’s Luanshya district Security Chairman Martin Kasongo and Chifubu Constituency Vice Chairperson Sandie Kangote have become the latest to publicly announce their decision to join SP.

“We are receiving hundreds of defectors daily in the Socialist Party but as you may be aware, it would be too early for majority of them to publicly announce their decision for obvious reasons. What matters to us is that Dr Fred M’membe‘s leadership style is being sought after across the Province and that SP is now considered the ideal alternative due to its genuine and honest pro-poor agenda that would result in the uplifting of the living standards of miners on the Copperbelt and majority Zambian in general.”
