MYBE YOU WERE TAKEN TO A DIFFERENT SITE IN KIVUKILAND AND THEY SHOWED YOU WRONG STRUCTURES, BY THE WAY DID YOU HAVE YOUR LENCES ON WHEN YOU WERE SHOWN THOSE DISAPPEARING STRUCTURES????

I am sure she toured the site in her dream and when she woke up she reported the tour to her boss(ECL) that all was well and that the project was at 60 percent. These are the idiots we called ministers. What a shame.

But kwena abantu bamo balipama! Nkandu luo can even talk, have the courage to to say it true. She can argue that the buildings are there and accuse those who can not the same buildings of malice.

What an individual. What an insult to people and the nation. It has to flow in her blood to be so calous , uncouth and unremorseful. Where did this human being come from?

Hi Fellow Zambians, you shouldn’t be shocked with this. As recent as 2020 those with long memories can remember the foreign roads and fish industries we were being shown on someone’s face book page to be the roads constructed in Zambia. The story didn’t go far after people found out that those were roads done in some African country. It’s also not surprising that Mutati was moved to another ministry and a compliant and friendly drunkard was brought in and within 4 days the money was released. I think from Mutati’s statement everyone now knows the person behind the $33M.

2022 – FTJ university not found or reported by Nkandu Luo as stolen.

We should demand the following:
1. Suspend all works.
2. Contractor to refund money with interest it has earned over 4 years!
3. Contractor and PF conspirators in this embezzlement to be rounded up and prosecuted without delay!
4. Give the contract to another contractor.
5. Blacklist current contractor from Zambia.
Can we begin to see action from ACC!
We are tired of the All-talk and no action New Dawn approach to the fight against corruption!
Don’t forget to arrest Chilufya Tayali for aiding and abetting a felony.

There’s a circus in the PF camp as Given Lubinda claims his party has been cleared by the honourable minister Mr Felix Mutati which is a lie because he wanted to distance his party and put a blame on Mr Mutati because he clearly stated that he was demoted and shunted to the ministry of works and supply for refusing to pay the 33 million USD meant for the construction of the FTJ Chiluba University projects suspected Chinese construction company and came in Mrs Margaret Mwanakatwe who might have paid the construction company when the PFwere in charge and the supervisor was Mr Nixon Chilangwa who’s today refusing to take responsibility after boasting in 2016 that the PF were on top of things as the opposition were lying that the university won’t be completed . Professor Nkandu Luo is another suspect in the embezzlement of the 33 million USD meant for the construction of the FTJ Chiluba University because how can he today be surprised that how can the structures disappear today when he left them there in 2016 and she even inspected the project when they were in power and how come today there’s only a toilet and the foundation. Mr Given Lubinda, Mr Nixon Chilangwa and Professor Nkandu Luo knows where the 33 million USD disappeared to

Even me am surprised because I can see the buildings in the video on social media. So where did they go? Could it be that the minister was taken to a different site?

My concern is ACC, no convictions at all for anyone just talk and talk and talk. Zambians want convictions for all those who stole our money. If this is the way UPND will be a one term government and I will vote for Kalaba instead.
