KATOMBOLA UPND member of parliament Clement Andeleki says Mambilima PF lawmaker Jean Chisenga made the utterance that President Hakainde Hichilema is a liar while in a drunken state.

She should sue him for criminal defamation. Let him go and prove it in a court of law so we see whether he has the evidence. He is saying this outside Parliament and has caused this to be published .
