  1. The president is very disturbed frankly speaking these changes will yield nothing we can bet guys, from my on observation he was suppose to fire all his ministers and apart from that both ministers are failures .On corruption HH employee anti corruption officers in all government departments in all districts

  2. When you turn your organization into Praise singers…they can’t do anything on their own. They will wait for the boss..the supreme leader…the god to make decisions.
Hakainde’s cabinet was just an extension of the UPND Choir of praise singers. He transplanted his ‘ deity ‘ , the alpha and Omega of all knowledge to Government.
And infact for two years Hakainde’s cabinet wasn’t discussing any thing of substance…Look at the agenda and resolutions of cabinet meetings from 2021.Completely irrelevant things. Enactments of Genocide Treaties, Conventions on landmines, Conventions on butterfly welfare , Conventions on the cleaning of Junk in space, Telecommunications conventions etc.
Everything of importance was being done by Hakainde and him alone. All critical issues were in Hakainde’s pocket. Cabinet wasn’t involved. Cabinet was completely paralyzed by the Great Leader. And sincere ministers know this.
In cabinet meetings he was just giving the ministers lectures, who ofcourse were always clapping for him.
Hakainde seemed to have had parallel structures where decisions were being made.. Mining Policies , the export of electricity, export of maize, Surrender of KCM to Vedanta, Mopani Copper Mines PLC sale, FQM deals, US Africom, Indeni , Debt restructuring, FISP fertiliser Restructuring, Ministry of Health Medical Supplies restructuring , so called Free education, CDF and many Government programs never passed through Cabinet . It was only after things started backfiring and the nation started being faced with crisis after crisis that he sneaked to cabinet for them to come up with solutions..in decisions they were not even party to..
I don’t necessarily blame the ministers for failures and incompetence…There is no Government in the history of Zambia where cabinet ministers are not known by the people as the case is with Hakainde’s Government…And the reason is clear… Everything is in his pocket!

  3. Useless changes! This just shows that the calibre of Upnd government ministers and other personnel is very low, because of tribalism and nepotism. And this has worked very negatively against Hichilema and his Upnd. You cannot have one tribe in most position out of 73 tribes of Zambia. It has doomed failure for Hichilema and it’s too late for him to reverse! Kuya bebele! Zwa!

  4. Kapala consider this a favour. You should have been fired as you are incompetent. Lets not sugar coat issue. You failed to perform.
Let this be a lesson. Zesco has put out schedules that are a joke. Heads need to roll at NCC. Zambian are not a moking game.
You removed the ERB chair cause you had “jokers’ who were in it to line their pockets not make decisive decisions. Soon we will know them for what they are.
At livestock. No scarce cows. Ship up or ship out….

  5. Most ministers under the HH government have gone to sleep, and so are MP’s, they are no show in their respective constituencies, one wonders how they are going to campaign. The only thing that may keep UPND in power is the confusion in the opposition otherwise they are on their way down. MANJE OPPOSITION INERTIA
