Lusaka Central Police Station cop caught in sexual shi-shita
A POLICE officer based at Lusaka Central Police Station has been humbled into the Lusaka Boma Court for loitering into the pants of someone’s daughter contrary to the law.
At the centre of the matter is officer Illukena Moto aged 35.
The officer, instead of discharging his duties such as arresting innocent beer drinkers staggering home in his usual ‘shishita’ operations, instead himself ‘shishitad’ away for three months into a 26-year lady’s pants consequently fertilising her without the parents’ consent.
However, instead of formalising the union, the cop after 90 days ran like a speeding recruit from the house he rented with the now pregnant lady leaving her stranded.
If he thought he had gotten away with it, he was wrong as a witty 65 year old grandmother to the lady, Harriet Vutiwe, sued Moto to explain to the court what in the hopani he had been doing with her granddaughter whom he later abandoned.
The law he did for 39 days at Lilayi was not enough to save him as Magistrate Petronella Kalyelye ordered the Lilayi College Graduate to pay the grandmother K7,000 in K700 monthly installments.
