UPND wants IG Musamba to summon ECL
BEENE Hachoombwa, the UPND presidential campaign member has demanded that Inspector General of Police, Graphael Musamba should summon former President Edgar Lungu for allegedly issuing threats against the new dawn administration over its governance style.

ECL is not above the Law. He can’t be talking like a Kaponya when he was once a president. It’s the duty of the police to question suspects and investigate their intentions if they go beyond freedom of speech. He introduced and signed the Cyber security and intelligence laws. He should know how to answer. If you are writing stupid speeches for him to read on TV, you’re just crucifying him. The Zambian people won’t support lawlessness.
