ECZ BANS KAMBWILI FROM CAMPAIGN ACTIVITIES
The Electoral Commission of Zambia ECZ has with immediate effect suspended Patriotic Front PF member Chishimba Kambwili from all campaign activities until further notice.
ECZ Electoral Officer Patrick Nshindano explains that Mr. Kambwili’s suspension is in line with his continued tribal politics against the Tonga speaking people of southern province.
Mr. Nshindano also explains that Mr. Kambwili’s suspension is in line with his continued holding of political rallies against the commissions ban on campaign in view of the pandemic.
The commission has not stipulated how long Mr Kambwili’s suspension will last saying it is subject to reveal.
