Not really. You lack legal understanding. She has just followed the law. The two factions have taken the matter to court where it will be rightly decided which party is legitimate. Parliament has no mandate.
As regards to the appointment. The internal wrangles caused this sudden shift of power. It has nothing to do with Parliament. PF 1 quickly sort help through courts of law to bar the PF 2 from functioning and causing confusion. This was cancelled because the same courts already have a case against PF 1 leadership for illegally holding office.
This led to the courts to drop the restraining order and hence the appointments stand. This is what Parliament is responding to.
There is no cadre business at all. There is only a mess due to the vacancies which were unstrategically effected. That is all.
Stop seeing imaginary enemies. Open your eyes and see the real issues right before you. The weak internal administration structures in PF caused this. Denial of this fact will only worsen this sad situation. A wrong diagnosis will prolong the illness. That’s because you applied the wrong strategy to the wrong problem.
Musonda, allow me to dumb it down for you. The Speaker does not want PF fights to take Parliament’s time when both sides have taken the matter to court already. As far as I know, the two camps will be appearing before the High Court on 21 November. What did you want her to do?

I thought PF and SP lauded the elections in Zimbabwe and castigated Dr. Mumba and president HH but why are you now complaining if what happened in Zimbabwe was good?
