DR FRED M’MEMBE’S CASE FAILS TO TAKE OFF IN KABWE DUE TO DEATH OF HIGH COURT JUDGE
This morning Dr. Fred M’membe appeared before the Kabwe High Court in Central Province for a hearing in a matter we are alleged to have caused grievous harm on UPND cadres..
The matter could not take place due to the untimely of Kabwe High Court Judge, Justice Isaac Kamwendo who passed away on Sunday this week.
My heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of the late Justice Kamwendo.

But him run away from the embarassment that awaited him in court over his alleged gayism, until judgement was passed in favour of his accusers.
How is it so difficult to keep quiet and let the matter be settled in court? Why pre-empt court proceedings?
