FORMER Zambian Permanent Representative to African Union AU Emmanuel Mwamba has been picked by police in Lusaka’s Woodlands area.
Police Assistant Public Relations Godfrey Chilabi has confirmed the development this evening.
” Emmanuel Mwamba is detained in Police custody. We will share details tomorrow morning”, said Chilabi in a brief statement.
