CHIEF SIMWATACHELA THE 6TH DIES AT 47
Chief Simwatachela of the Tonga Speaking people of Zimba District in Southern Province has died.
His representative, Mate Sichibeya confirmed to Diamond News this morning that the Chief died at the University Teaching Hospital in Lusaka in the early hours of Wednesday after a kidney failure battle.
Mr. Sichibeya adds that the funeral gathering is in Mooka Village in Zimba District of Southern.
The late Chief whose real name is Bothwell Sialeka, served as a teacher at Jokwe Primary and Simukanda Primary schools and another school in Monze District before becoming Chief.
