CONCOURT RULES THAT MPS WHOSE SEATS WERE NULLIFIED BUT APPEALED SHOULD REMAIN IN

THE Constitutional Court has ruled that the PF members of parliament whose seats were nullified by the High Court but appealed should remain in Parliament.

This is according to a ruling delivered today by Constitutional Court judge Palan Mulonda.
