DORA Siliya has handed Emmanuel Jay Jay Banda a technical knockout from the fight for Petauke Central Constituency on the ruling Patriotic Front ticket.
Siliya has maintained her tight shoelace grip on Petauke Central defeating Banda who shot to stardom for beating officers at the nation’s biggest police station.
Not so lucky however, is youthful Vincent Mwale of Chipangali Constituency who has failed to fend off Andrew Lubusha from taking over the seat.
Local Government minister Charles Banda has also joined the latest high profile casualties in the ongoing PF adoptions.
Banda has succumbed to little-known Lackson Lungu.
Meanwhile, in Chipata Central, Amon Jere has seen off dismissed Sports Minister Mawere.
