This morning 8th of October 2020, at the Mulungushi International Convention Centre during an electoral presentation by the Electoral Commission of Zambia, its Chief Electoral Officer Patrick Shindano collapsed infront of President Edgar Lungu and his main rival UPND President Hakainde Hichilema.
The nation is yet to be informed what caused the ECZ official to collapse.

This morning we took time to attend a meeting called by the Electoral Commission of Zambia on the preparations of the 2021 elections.
In all honesty, the meeting was a total sham, and underscores our long held view that the ECZ doesn’t have the people’s aspirations at heart.
No consensus has been reached on anything as Esau Chulu and his cohorts literally bulldozed their way through the entire process while dictating only what benefits them, and not the majority suffering Zambians.
But do not lose hope because help is on the way and together we shall fix this.
