Back on issues of statehouse ,
When ECL was president the following properties were all occupied by him,
1. Nkwazi
2. State lodge
3. Lewanika (ministerial house) with his relatives the whole 7 yrs
4. The foumous beautiful chawama house had state security.
He mostly stayed at statelodge, travelled to statehouse daily.
Someone has opted to stay in one house and its an issue sure? Imagine if he decided to put his relatives in these houses like others did?
