PF propaganda are circulating a letter purporting to have been written by the UPND lauding and outlining what they claim is a branding strategy by the UPND.
However ZO has reliably learnt that the letter is fake and an attempt to degrade the HH ‘Bally’ hype that has engulfed young people around the country.
