The government delegation did not come to plead. They did what any reasonable humanbeing would do in a situation like the controversial BA – maintain open lines of communication.
This should not be seen as a weakness on the part of the government but rather a sign of maturity. So the BRE should come down its high horse and be level headed to facilitate negotiations and chart a mutually acceptable solution to the BA issue.
