LILAYI BOSS ARRESTED FOR SODOMY

13th September, 2022 – Chawama Police Station in Lusaka on Monday 12th September, 2022 received a report of Sodomy from M/Bright Kunolu Simasiku aged 31 of unmarked plot number in Lilayi area that his employer known as M/Dorras Ricardo aged 42 also of unmarked plot number in Lilayi area did have canal knowledge with him against the Order of Nature (Sodomy).
The incident is believed to have occurred on 10th September, 2022 at around 23;00hours in Lilayi.
Brief facts of the matter are that M/Bright Kunolu Simasiku is employed by M/Dorras Ricardo as a Garden Boy and stays within the vicinity of the yard he operates from.
It is alleged that on 10th September, 2022 at around 23:00 hours, the victim whilst asleep in his apartment heard Dorras Ricardo getting into his room and ordered him not to shout and forced him to have canal knowledge with him against the Order of Nature.
The suspect is detained in Police custody charged with the offence of Unnatural Offences contrary to Section 155 of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
