THEY CAN’T DO WITHOUT LIES AND DISTORTIONS

When we said that the positions of Provincial Minister and District Commissioner will not be there under the Socialist government because the District and Provincial political leadership will fall under the chiefs, it doesn’t mean that the chiefs will be servants of the President, NO!

They will not be part of Cabinet or the President’s Office.

  1. You are just confused Fred….you are not presidential material. You failed to manage a News paper. You amassed wealth through tax evasion and today you want to be president???? shame. You are just full of hate and bitterness. Lungu shut you down and put you in your place.

  2. This man is a joker. So unza was such an easy school to go into to produce such a man that the elementary tenants of management just fly past his head.

What is a Minister if he/she is not in cabinet. Here you want to put words in HH’s mouth. There is no country called Barosteland (check your atlas) Zambia is unitary state. Fact! So you have titles which have no functional meaning in your government? What a woos b Mmembe
