MUNIR ARRESTED
Police have charged and arrested Honourable Munir Zulu aged 35 of Meanwood Ndeke area for the offence of Expressing or showing Hatred, Ridicule or Contempt for Persons because of Race, Tribe, place of origin or Colour contrary to Section 70 (1) of the Penal Code chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
This is in connection with the alleged utterances he made on March 28, 2023 at Longacres Police Post car park after his release from Police Custody.
The suspect has been released on Police Bond pending court appearance.
