RE: DECLINE APPLICATION OF UKA REGISTRATION AS A PRESSURE GROUP – DATED 13/02/2024.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Simply put, l am a Senior member of PF joined the party in 2001.

Kindly note that I have declared interest in the matter and therefore asking your good office to drop that application on the following grounds;

1). Edgar Chagwa Lungu has appeared on document attached herein as PF President when the office Bearers according to your records shows clearly that the PF President is one Miles Bwalya Sampa.

2). Dr Edgar Chagwa Lungu is not PF member he resigned from being the party President and Active politics as the record clearly shows.

3). The Adoption Certificates signed dated 1st February, 2024 for Wards Nominations in Chinsali, Mufulira and Milenge Districts were done by one Miles Bwalya Sampa as PF President.

Finally, please don’t entertain the application as it is an academic exercise.
