NINE MPs SUE MILES SAMPA FOR EXPULSION

The matter in which nine Members of Parliament were allegedly expelled by Miles Sampa and Morgan Ngona came up before the Constitution Court.
The nine have sued Miles Sampa, Morgan Ngona and the Attorney General for Sampa puporting to be PF President and purporting to be expelling the MPS.
The matter came up before, constitional justice, Hon. Mr. Justice Kenneth Mulife for conference scheduling to discuss dates for when matter should be heard.
Those that have sued are; Hon. Brian Mundubile, Hon. Christopher Kangombe, Hon. Ronald Chitotela, Hon. Nickson Chilangwa, Hon. Stephen Kampyongo, Hon. Mutotwe Kafwaya a, Hon. Mulenga Fube, Hon. Emmanuel Musonda Mpankanta and Hon. Stephen Kampyongo MP.
But how do you sue someone who doesn’t have authority to fire you? One cant tell the difference between Zambian politics and the circus.
You said miles sampa is mad surprise today you have decided to sue a mad person as per your say PF criminals.
